Ceremony is at the heart of all LOVE commitments. It’s the space in which promises are made and witnessed, and friends and family can share in your special moment of commitment.
You are individuals, with your own personalities, cultures and values, and the ceremony that sees you individually and together has to be crafted with skill, so that each element reflects your truth and fulfills your intentions and desires.
My joy is to give life to your hopes and dreams by planning, creating and leading your ceremony. I hold your special moment with tenderness and love.
Every ceremony is unique. You can light candles, beat drums, release doves, play music, sing, read poetry, say prayers, exchange rings, make promises using words that are meaningful to you, do handfasting, add dramatic elements…the possibilities are limitless!
And your ceremony can take place wherever you want it to: on a beach, in a field, in a house or a garden, a woodland clearing, a stately home, a hotel, a yurt, a gypsy caravan…or wherever is special to you.

Often couples come to me from different backgrounds; it might be one has faith and the other doesn’t, or they are from different countries or cultures, or they have different religious paths.
Whether you have a faith or no faith background or have different faiths or cultures, I can weave elements from any background into your ceremony.
The most creative and sparkling ceremonies can come out of the marrying together of different backgrounds. I’m also happy to share leading the ceremony with a faith leader of another community. I can help you become clear about what you are promising to your partner, and help with writing vows or promises.
Sometimes there can be complexities in the wider families and friends of the two partners, perhaps a strained relationship or challenging guest. My therapeutic background makes me sensitive to complexities and I can help guide you so your special day stays on track.

Service Packages
Love Ceremony Foundation – £450
Includes:
- 1 planning meeting up to 90 minutes
- Shared google doc for ceremony
- Create and plan ceremony of 20 – 40 minutes
- Email contact
- Arrive 1 hour before ceremony
- Conduct ceremony
- Gift of printed copy of ceremony and certificate.
Love Ceremony Complete – £750
Includes:
- Everything in the Love Ceremony Foundation package, plus:
- Up to 2 x 60 minute additional meetings, one of which could be counselling
- Wedding rehearsal
- Create and plan a longer ceremony of up to 20 – 50 minutes if required
Extra time for either package can be arranged for @£55 per hour. Meetings take place in Devoran or via Skype, or phone. If you live within Cornwall I can come to your home or place of choice cost £1 mile. After our initial planning meeting, you pay half the fee as deposit, and your ceremony and date are then booked.

THE LEGAL BIT
I am able to carry out weddings in Scotland and Northern Ireland both ceremonially and legally. At present, I can’t take the legal part of the wedding in England and Wales, but I can carry out the ceremony. Many of the couples I work with who want to include a legal element go to a registry office just before or after their wedding ceremony. In many countries the legal and ceremonial elements are conducted separately.
In booking a ceremony with me we enter into a contractual agreement, and take care to ensure that this will work for us both. All ceremonies become firm bookings when half of the agreed fee is paid as deposit. You have seven days to cancel and receive a full refund. After this time the deposit cannot be refunded. The balance of fees is due the week prior to the ceremony.
